    Cons: Lousy customer support & resolution

    This computer advertised is not the computer shipped. The computer shipped is not flat, so if you have any carpal tunnel problems, they will be aggravated by this computer. Of course, Dell's LEGANDARY customer support will do nothing, not even re...turn your calls about the problem. Don't buy DELL! A zero is not a low enough rating. Read more Less
