Pros: great price for the specifications

Cons: Dell knows of a defect in these PC's and continues to ship them

I bought one of these PC's, and about an hour after i received it, i needed to do a system recovery as some app caused windows to shut down. the pc will not go into the recovery partition apparently due to some conflict between the recovery partition itself and the Norton Ghost Trial. the Norton Ghost trial will nag you to buy it, but you cannot get into the recovery partition. Dell support could not help me get into the recovery partition either, and i was informed that Dell is aware of this problem and as yet had not fixed it. no recovery discs are available either. the only options i had was a refund or Dell would build me another CPU that i was assured would go into the recovery partition. i took the new CPU and am afraid to try a recovery as of yet, but i will certainly do one before the warranty expires, which is obviously exactly what Dell hopes people will do. try to recover after warranty expires, so you can be charged to fix a problem it is aware of. i would wait awhile before buying one of these to see if the problem gets fixed. totally dissatisfied with Dell,just glad it happened right after i took it out of the box. I will stick with HP in the future.
