Pros: a little bit less expensive
Cons: you can't backorder any thing and get any support from Dell
It may be cheap but support was horrible. Dell keeps delaying the orders. It may took months to get something you want from Dell. You better buy HP, or Toshiba.

Pros: processor speed, battery life, memory, screen display, cradle, extra cable for computer (besides cradle), and price.
Cons: a little bulky in your pocket.
This is the best pocket PC you can buy for the price range. The quality is outstanding. The battery life is very good especially compared to other pocket PC's of its class with color screens and the same processor speed. The cradle it comes with is extremely useful so that your pocket PC does not get broken or lost on messy desks. It is compatible with almost all the games for the pocket PC anyone would want to try. Very good for people who need it for work it has pocket word, excel and you can buy a lot of other Business programs from almost any office supply or computer store.

Pros: CF Card slot, Removable Battery, Superior screen quality.
Cons: Very bulky.
Awesome little device. All my friends who are iPaq and Palm loyals are switching to the Axim. A very powerful processor and fun gadget. I really like the CF slot. It sets it apart from all the other handhelds. Also, the removable battery is really nice. If you purchase multiple batteries, there is a recharge slot for them in the cradle, so you don't have to put them in the unit to charge them. Very nice.

At first I thought I had made a mistake in purchasing the Axim, but once I got it, WOW. I'd read all the horror stories and I must say I was concerned but it was all unfounded in my case. NOT ONE SINGLE PROBLEM. I use the TrueMobile 1180 WLAN with no problems, Activesync no problems, SD card no problems, installed programs no problems. I'm doing all this with a partnership on my desktop and my laptop
Size-still fits in my shirt pocket. A little heavy but that doesn't bother me.
