    i really like this album and a lot of ppl i know enjoyed it even if they've never heard of the partridge family cos its an old group:)

    In reality, the 20-song Come On Get Happy: The Definitive Collection is probably too much David Cassidy and Partridge Family for anyone outside of fanatics, yet that doesn't really matter, since all the hits are here -- in terrific fidelity and nice packaging. And, needless to say, the track listing is generous. Overall, Come On Get Happy doesn't really supplant the Partridge Family's Greatest Hits, since it leans a little heavily on Cassidy's solo material, which isn't as strong as the Partridge Family stuff, but nostalgic listeners and dedicated fans will not be disappointed with this.
