You wont want to get caught smoking a joint when Charlie's in town, cause he'll damn near blow your friggin head off. After old Bronson's girlfriend's daughter gets wasted on some bad crack laced with vegemite, Charlie decides that the best solution to the drug problem is excessive and random violence. It's good to see Bronson try something different with the formula (I think he wears a hat or something) and of course it always feels good to see a crack dealer have his balls blown off no matter how many times its been done before. The answer to the drug problem is violence, pure and simple. If you have a drinking problem, expect to be beaten senseless until you stop. Can't quit ciggarettes? Well how does having your legs sawn off with a palm leaf sound? Addicted to smack, well we'll cut off your arms and break your head open with them. All our social woes can be fixed with a good blast from a sawn off shotgun can't they really? What a great movie franchise.

DEATH WISH II and 3 were bad yet were really action packed. DEATH WISH 4 doesn't even provide good action. Only for Bronson fans.
