    b movies rule

    well all you have to say about it is it's a futuristic sci-fi b movie, with david carradine and sly stallone. i think that will answer all your questions, but if you still have them, what else can I say? I saw this at a midnight screening (4-28-01) a...nd I had a lot of fun. If you like crummy movies like the Rocky Horror Picture Show, and anything on the Sci-Fi channel, you'll probably like this. The best part, is it really does have something to say about society. Violence in the media, the continual strivance toward providing entertainment to the lowest common denominator, nationalism; this movie will give you something to think about. If you can overlook the horribly 70s costumes (Carradine is in the cheesiest bondage-suit of all cinema, Sly is in broad stripes, yellow tie, pink, brown...icky), interior sets, exteriors of horribly 70s buildings, and really obvious colour-pencil futuristic backdrops, then hey, this is the movie for you.     Cult classic with Sly Stallone!

    Great 'something has gone seriously wrong in the not-so-distant future' flick. Combining extremely funny scenes with a morbid premise that is undeniably 'sick', this classic dystopian feature is a must see. A young Stallone and Carradine play great ...rivals in bad futuristic garb with very dated death mobiles, while the female characters provide an ample dose of the obligatory 'large breasts bursting out of satin jumpsuits' needed to justify the machismo of the men. Check it out with a friend so you'll have someone to share personal jokes with later. Read more Less

    This is as high octane as a B-movie gets. I cannot believe that Carradine and Stallone ever got jobs in acting after making this film. However, it is entertaining. I laughed, I cried, I threw up on the T-shirt.
