Hailing from Phoenix, Arizona, rock band Dear and the Headlights is Ian Metzger (vocals, guitar), Joel Marquard (vocals, guitar, keyboard), Chuckie Duff (bass, keyboard), PJ Waxman (vocals, guitar) and Mark Kulvinskas (drums).
