    Hip Hop almost never gets any better than this. There needs to be more stuff out like this today. I didn't understand some of the humor but that's cool. I could tell that it was funny to most people who heard it. The skits were a lot better than on ...the previous effort. A lot of the songs were better than some of the ones on first effort, but I can't say that I have a preferance between this and 3 Feet High And Rising. They are both really close to flawless. Every true hip hop fan should own copies of both. Read more Less

    The true definition of Hip Hop

    I'd give it six stars if possible. Even in 2000, this album gives everything you would ever need out of hip hop. If true hip hop had a definition, De La would be it. This is the only group that makes me nod my head to funky bouncy doo-doo beats one ...time and then makes me turn down the bass just so I can listen to the prolific B-boy rhymin' that just blows my mind each time.     I pulled this album out the other day and suddenly felt a great sense of awe coupled with a great sense of dissapointment. I had forgotten how truly solid this album was and then I wished that it were the rule for hip-hop and not the exception. How ...have we digressed from this to Puff Daddy? Read more Less
