Dark Captain Light Captain creates textured, folkinspired pop/rock that combines pastoral psychedelia with electronic elements. Hailing from East London, the band formed during the winter of 2006, when founders Dan Carney (guitar, vocals) and Neil Kleiner (electronics, vocals) launched a series of latenight recording sessions around Kleiner's laptop. After uploading the resulting songs onto Myspace, the two were asked to perform on Seven Sisters, the debut album by German artist Milenasong....
