A couple years after Epitaph honcho Brett Gurewitz exited Bad Religion, he formed the Daredevils with guitarist Gore Verbinski (the Little Kings), journeyman drummer Josh Freese (the Vandals, Devo, Paul Westerberg, Wayne Kramer), and bassist Dean Opseth (Medicine).
