Fun :-)
Pros: This is a FUN workout :-)
Cons: You can't skip the instuction all together, and the dance at the end is not the choreographed dance you just learned.
Unlike many dance videos I've done, this one actually got my heart rate up. I had fun doing it although I didn't really care for the music. I got my mom to jump in and dance with me. We goofed around a bit and had fun with it ;-)

Urban Street Heat , was an excellent Dance Video easy to follow with MaDonna,,and no better way to Xpress yourself ..it's a Must buy if you want to learn dance moves,,,and a great Cardio Workout,,,you go Girl,,,and Fellas...Uhm shes got a Body,,and Booty,,,
