    Want a fun way to lose weight??

    Pros: Great way to lose weight and have fun

    Cons: The nunchuck is a little hard to get right

    If you like dancing and want a quick way to lose weight just try out DDR. I lost 20 pounds in about a month and a half and had a blast doing it by playing this game. I hate working out but this made it fun! Great to play with friends also.

    Pros: Music and great steps

    Cons: limited amount of songs

    This is one of the best exercise I've done in a long time. The steps include front, back, left, right, jumping and swinging your hands.

    The music is fun and you can choose the levels of the steps.

    I've danced free style on the DDRHP as well as counting calories. I usually enter 300 calories to burn and am always surprised when I've reached my goal in a short time. I am having so much fun that I don't realize I am actually losing weight as well.

    Great game!!! It is a bit easier when the mat is on hard floor vs. carpet.
