    Pros: worked when it worked

    Cons: obsolete before its time

    Danby 18 inch wide diswasher wouldn't turn on. The power indicator light was on so we knew there was power going to it. Contacted Danby via email several times over the course to two weeks, got put on hhold for 20 plus minutes the first two times... I called. Thought it might have been the timer, customer rep had no idea if that was it or not, got part number from rep only to be told later that the part is no longer available. Wasted that much time to get no where. Found wire pulled loose from door switch, can't get the switch out without taking the whole plastic assembly apart which now won't go bback together. Made to feel like this product is solely my problem - bought it less than three years ago. Have a hard time giving the Support rating even the one star... Read more Less
