    Pros: Standards

    Cons: Not a good choice for a first album

    I really loved this album and it has made it on my chilaxing list, a very short one for what its worth compared to the many albums that dont make it.Dana/Queen has shown that not all rappers or artist who "crossover" are just trying to be ...busy. SHe truly has a wonderful voice. As for the song choices, I love old standards, but as one critic said it wouldhave better if this was he 5th or 6th album and not her first. But it still works well for me. I would love to hear her more on other projects. I would hope that if she does do an R&B album she doesnt fall into the "bump and grind" mentality that most artist have in that genere today. All abotu sex, and when they do sing about love they quickly associate it with sex so that cheapens it. Anyway all and all this is a great album and I hope to hear more from her soon. Read more Less
