Performing taut, muscular but intricate indie rock in the mold of At The Drive In and Braid, Buffalo, New York's Damiera was the brainchild of guitarist and vocalist Dave Raymond and guitarist Matthew Kipp, who formed the band from the ashes of their previous project, League, which broke up in early 2005.
