This product is wonderful! The price slowed me down a little while shopping for a cooktop, but it has been more than worth it! Two of the burners have a true "simmer" feature that allows slow cooking; the others can be turned down really low. The most powerful burner ( 18,000 BTUs) is amazing -- a huge pot heats up quickly. The unit is also easy to clean. A really excellent product! ...
