The movie sequel was good just to see Jack Palance in a sci-fi movie, and also one of Angelina Jolie's first movies giving us more to look at. But overall the movie was good better than alot of cheessy sci-fi movies, though the first "Cyborg" movie was better.

This movie follows along the lines of all PART 2 films. It bites the BIG ONE. I was going to give it a ZERO rating for the plot. But I decided on 3 stars for the sheer fact Angelina Jolie does some semi nudity in the film. You get to see her in a glass coffin type device, wearing some skimmpy underwear. This is before her breast implants. Although it's no GIA. You can still masturbate to this film. hahahahahahaha!!!!!! So 3 stars it gets. A must rent, at the video store. But only once. ...
