Cons: Main feature doesn't work well. Inferior flavor.

While the product is well built, its main feature -- integral coffee grinder -- does not do a good job. While most of the ground coffee ends up in the filter basket, the average particle size is 5 to 20 times larger than that of coffee ground in a s...eparate grinder. As a result, about 33% more coffee is required to achieve the desired strength. Even with this extra amount of coffee, the flavor is substantially inferior to that of well ground coffee. The program feature is useful for automatically brewing at a set time with pre-ground coffee. This feature will not work, however, unless the grinder apparatus is installed, even though it is not used. Consequently setting up and cleaning up is more complicated and difficult that with a normal coffee maker. I'm sorry that I bought this thing. Read more Less
