Overall Its Good
Pros: Really works the stomach
Cons: Didn't notice anything in my thighs/butt
I'm 22 and bought this video to help tone the areas I have so much trouble with. The belly section of the tape really does work but I fractured my vertabrae in a bad car accident a year and a half ago so it is very hard for me to be on the floor the whole time. My stomach does feel the burn but when I'm done my back hurts a lot. Overall, I'd say if you want a firm belly, buy this tape! I did do the buns/thigh section and didn't feel anything so its possible it doesn't work or I don't know what I'm doing.

I hate working out, but I heard pilates works fast to give you lean muscles...and the work outs are all done on the floor...so I decided to give it a try! This video is composed of 3 10-minute exercises, each concentrating on a different part of the body (abs, butt, thighs.) You don't have to do tedious and boring repetitions. The exercises are held for just enough time to get results. The FIRST day I did this I immediatley noticed a difference in my obliques. Instead of the subtle love-handles, I felt on my way to having tight obliques. By the end of the first week doing this tape I noticed dramatic, positive changes in all three of the areas that are concentrated in this film. Even though these exercises are done while on the ground, you get a cardiovascular workout as well. So if you hate doing the stepper, treadmill or jogging, this is a good substitute. I have recommended this to all of my friends interested, and I highly recommend this to anyone else interested in pilates.
