    Pros: Really works the stomach

    Cons: Didn't notice anything in my thighs/butt

    I'm 22 and bought this video to help tone the areas I have so much trouble with. The belly section of the tape really does work but I fractured my vertabrae in a bad car accident a year and a half ago so it is very hard for me to be on the floor ...the whole time. My stomach does feel the burn but when I'm done my back hurts a lot. Overall, I'd say if you want a firm belly, buy this tape! I did do the buns/thigh section and didn't feel anything so its possible it doesn't work or I don't know what I'm doing. Read more Less
