Verónica Castro's son Cristian was born to be a Latin star. At the age of five, Cristian Castro performed a role in a Mexican TV series called El Derecho de Nacer. The following year, Castro was acting in a play called +Mame, along with talented actress Silvia Pinal. At the age of seven, the young artist formed his own kids band (Cristian y los Pollitos) and debuted at the popular TV show Siempre en Domingo with El Gallito Feliz. When Castro was 14 years old, he got into rock and formed a band called los Demonios Deliciosos. A year later, Cristian was singing at the OTI festival, representing Mexico with a song called "16 Diciembres." In 1991, he recorded his first album, Agua Nueva. Hardworking and devoted to his career, the singer had a brilliant decade, which ended with the 1999 release of Mi Vida Sin Tu Amor. In February 2000, Cristian successfully performed at the Festival de Viña del Mar. One year later, he released Azul.
