    Pros: size, features, ease of use, the software

    Cons: Ear Buds could be better.

    I have had this player for a month and I love it! It is very easy to drag and drop music into it. The reception on the FM radio is better that I expected. It has a lot of nice features for it's size, like the line-in. The software that came with ...the unit is simple and easy to use,it allows you to rip music directly into the player. The only down side are the ear buds. This is an easily solved problem though. I contacted customer support for a problem that turned out to be my use of cheap batteries. The response was prompt and helpful. I highly recommend this player! Read more Less

    Pros: compact, display, quality, software

    Cons: ear buds

    Compared to iTunes and loading music, my Zen is over the top. From CD to MP3,in minutes. Screen let's me easily scroll and see everything. Loaded 17 CDs in less than one hour. Controls are easy. Battery use is pretty good at about 15 hours so far.... Ear buds would not stay in, so I had to purchase separate pair. Sound is good, features are right, listening is a pleasure.... Read more Less
