i think that it is great ! it is very easy to use ! it could come with a case though ! but there is nothing wrong with it ! i personally only need the 4 gb one ! i wish it were pink !

Cons: Short USB/charging cord
This is my second Creative mp3 player and have have for over a year. The Zen has a big colorful 2.5 inch screen. The player controls and software are easy to use. The small size is also nice, it fits into any poctet (you can also hide easily). My only gripe is that it doesn't remember what song was played earlier, so it repeats some songs again.

Loads well, plays well, sounds good, better than iPod, stream MP3's from home server just fine. Just carry a paper clip with you when you go out. The additional SD memory sorely needs to be integrated into the full system.

I had researched online and narrowed it down to the Creative Zen. But when i got it the screen was frozen so you couldn't do anything. So we returned it and got another one, but then that one wouldn't even turn on. Buying this was the worst choice you could make. A complete waste of my time.

i got the 2 gig creative zen for christmas and just love it. i thought that this would be some cheap/cheesy video player whrn i got it but i found it to be much more. along with the great video quality the picture quality was awesome too. and i also found out later that you could actually take the pictures and set them as your backqround and i found that too be really cool. i would really recomend this even over the new ipod chromatic after comparing it too my cousin and even she liked it more than her ipod :)
