An action packed movie thriller

The navy has to attack or send in a man to disarm the missles before they are launched on Washington D.C. They send in a man named Carter who was an ex-navy seal and the designer of the sub. Lisa Stark is a Lt. Cmdr. who helps Carter from her spot in Washington, and of course falls in love with him. They of course end up together! If you want to see a cute, action packed, thriller than I suggest you rent this. It's pretty good! ...
