    Cons: unreliable

    This tractor broke the very first time I used it. It also cuts unevenly, my lawn looks horrible. At first I thought it was do to the damaged part but this was not the case. The customer service has been HORRIBLE to say the least. I have spent countle...ss hours trying to get correct parts sent to me, trying to get through to supervisors etc., etc. I have been a Sears customer for many years and have made at least 5 large appliance purchases with no problems. I will never do business with Sears again after this. I am currently trying to return this mower that I have had less than 4 months, but it is after the 90 day return policy so I am having difficulty with them.Had I received the correct parts in a timely fashion, I would have determined that it was not the damaged part causing the uneven cutting and returned it in a timely fashion. I do not believe Sears stands behind their products and the customer service is non-existent. They should not put satisfaction guaranteed on the receipts if they do not intend to honor that commitment. Read more Less
