Pros: Rugged, Takes Abuse like no Other

Cons: 90 day Commercial use warranty, otherwise none

"Lets just say , DONT waste your time buying the regular c3-cordless drill, spend the extra cash and buy the Hammer Drill .I am a sears Employee, but i dont work in the stores. i work in peoples homes. After burning through 4 regular c3 cordless... drills, in less than 6 months (something in the clutches broke), i went into the store and i simply told them it was a bad flaw to go through 4 drills. now let it be known , sears doesnt supply my tools, that its our own responsability to buy our own tools for our job. so after a number of phone calls to the district manager of our local branches, i finally got them to give me an upgraded drill for 10$ whereas they wanted me to pay full price extra to upgrade, this was what all the phone calls were negating. no one at the stores would listen to reason that 4 drills was excessive. well its been 9 months since i got the hammer drill. it Still performs flawlessly every day. its been used to drill concrete, wood, but mostly metal. the issues that the other reviewers have said about the chuck , i have had no problems with , but it is a removeable chuck , so if it does come loose , theres a screw in the center of it inside thats super easy to tighten , MY ONLY COMPLAINT/ PEAVE is that if your buying this or any other craftsman 19.2 c3 component , is that YOU ONLY HAVE 90 DAY COMMERCIAL USE WARRANTY so the year warranty they say they have is for home use only."
