Cons: it starts in the first place
If you love to waste your time in front of the TV watching pointless drivel, this could be your salvation.
I've never written a review before, but reading the positive ones made me do it -- girls are voting just for the "cute" guys. C'mon now, aren't we all a little above that?
Packed with Girl power ridiculousness and plenty of scenes that are dangerously close to going into a sugar-induced diabetic comas.
Seriously, not only should you not waste your money on this film, you shouldn't waste your time.
Also dissapointing to see John Goodman in it, doesn't he have standards? o wait... roseanne

Pros: good acting
Cons: love story
This is a great movie to watch with a girl and guys there is also a little something for you in the mix. The story takes place in a small town where one little girl had a dream to move to New York and become a songe writer. But when she get to New York she finds out that her nice small town attude won't get her anywhere. She is just another songer writer in New York. This story goes on and on until she get a job at a bar and it party city from then on end.

Watched the movie three times in two days, a film that makes you think, makes you want go out on your own and do some thing with your life. It makes you want to get up and dance. This movie is for all who believes that if you want it bad enough and are willing to work at your dream, that dream will come true.

I first saw the movie Coyote Ugly against my better judgement at my BF's house. Now everytime I go over there... We always watch it. Theres just something about Violet persuing her dreams that makes this movie so interesting and keeps your attention. I totally recommend this movie!

Terrible movie. I don't even know anybody except Tyra Banks and she is a nobody now!!!! If I could rant lower than 1 i would give it a -1000 a worthless chick flick that no man batting on the right side of the plate would disagree
