    Pros: Who would of think this! ITS like a great imagination mixed up with songs

    NOW here is a great idea, even better than probaly OPRAH could think of or even like that one magazine fill with nothing but good ideas about living better. You KNow the one it is always at the checkout cabinet at the store, right by the GUM . Anyway...s MISTY ELLOIT has make a fun idea - she wanted to looose weight but also make record for dancing and rapping, so she cooked up (HAHAHA) this idea call COOKBOOK, which gives healthy recipes (Mustardy Chicken with sauce drops, Lemon Broccoli, Chopped up Carrots Surprise, Only Rice with Butter Spray, Tomtato skin soup, Bread with the crusts cut off) and THEN ADDS guess what --- SONGS! Sing along while you cook (Some songs are: LOVE SONG FOR JOHN UPDIKE, WHAT A MESSY BABY and my favorite LETS PRETEND THE PARTY WAS ALMOST FINISHING) and then cook the recipes, and guess what -- you will SMILE the pounds away!     This CD is sure worth the money! Missy has done it again with her great beats. This time around she has only included TWO Timbaland tracks, which i was at first a little unsure about, but she sure proved me wrong. She has teamed up with great produce...rs such as the Neptunes with On and On and Rich Harisson with "Cant Stop".She teams up with Dirrty south Houston rapper Mike Jones for an incredible track "Joy". But "My struggles" is an excellent track with Grand Puba and Mary J. Its great because missy lightly touches on her childhood struggles she has faced, that she usually does not speak about. One of my personal favorites of the album would hav to be "irresistable delicious" with the great old school hip hop artis SLICK RICK! its great to see her take it back with him. Other great tracks include "Mommy" "click clack" and "partytime". These are all very upbeat catchy and she shows her lyrical ability in all three of these. Lastly, "4 my man" is a track with Fantasia. it has more of an R&B vibe which is great and they made a great track with that one. Anyways take my advice and GET THIS ALBUM YOU DONT WANNA MISS OUT!!     Cons: Not a Timbo album and you can tell. REgular Tracks.

    i'm not really a major missy fan. but i listened to this albums knowing that I WOULD hear something different from what's on the radio. it's just an average album. i'm so surprised singers/rappers change a recipe when it's been w...orking time and time again. too big for her britches????? hey missy, if it aint broke..... her 6 album. thought she'd catch on by now to see it's the great collabo with Timbo that refreshes the music game. i wouldn't buy this album. just too average and too much beter stuff to buy. dang...the game needed an injection of that Timbo/Missy Freshness. i guess everybody doing the same ol' thing right now. tooooooooooooooo many samples.     Missy is Back and Better!

    Pros: A Variety of HOT Songs for the club!

    Cons: Not the Timberland Tracks We are used to hearing

    Cookbook is Missy's best CD since the first two. Here is the strange part...there is NOT a strong Timberland presence or sound on this CD. This time around Missy mixed it up with a little Old school Slick Rick and Grand Puba, Mary J. and Fantasia... and even added the sound of the HBCU Big bands! This CD is HOT!! My 2 favorites yet are "no and on" and "loose control".Her beat's will and always have been hot she makes every wanna get up and move.     The title really got me. It was different and went right along with the songs. I love how missy still says how much she misses Aaliyah. We all miss her so much!     i use to hate missy elliot and i mean really hate her. I use to not like rap and hip-hop but now i kinda like her. She is a hip-hop and rap singer and dancer. I like her song lose control. It is a very kool song cause it is just kool. Well the one th...ing i dont like about her is that i dont like ciara a lot. I dont think they go together ciara and missy elliot. I liked ciaras song 1,2,step though. That was good but i thought oh was annyoing as all heck. Well i liked her cd i didnt hate it but i didnt love it either so.     This cd is off the meter. We all know, missy known for the crazy beats and all that, and once again, she gives it to us. I was speechless when i hearin the whole cd. Cant no other female rapper touch Missy. Hell, not alot of male rappers can touch Mi...ssy. One of my favorite songs have to be "Partytime". She just spittin it like butta.
