    Oleta Adams, simply put, is a gem from God. That voice is so rich and strong. Her rendition of "Beams of heaven" brings chills to my spine every time I hear it, as I long for that eternal freedom that the song speaks about. The entire albu...m is great, but my other favorite songs are "Holy is the Lamb" and "the Captain of my Ship". Oleta Adams may have never gotten the kind of acclaim that many voices of her generation have, but she is truly one of the premiere singers of any generation.     A real great gospel abulm. If you are in a depressed state this this a great album that is soo uplifting it takes you there and you stay there. It really ministers to your sould if you are a spiritually aware person! Great stuff!!

    I absolutely am crazy about this song. I want an accompaniment for this song but cannot seem to be able to find one available. Oleta is awesome. This song represents my life.

    Oleta has brought tears to my eyes many times with "Beams of Heaven". I pray that she would make another gospel album as good as this one or better. I hope she would include well known baptist hymns sung slowly to display the richness of her melodio...us voice. Read more Less

    Oleta brought tears to my eyes with "Holy is the Lamb". Her voice is as rich as expensive chocolate. She is truly anointed to sing God's praises.
