This movie is stunning, though graphic at times. Not for young eyes, there are scenes of violence taht are rather disturbing.
The music, the realistic portrayal of the Civil War horrors, and the portrayal of survival in the New World is brought to the cinema with vibrant and timely music.

Cons: None
Truly the best movie in years. Kidman, Law and Zellweger are all excellent actors and deserved the oscar for their performance in this movie. The costumes and setting as well as the music add to the charm of the movie. I could hardly wait until the DVD release to purchase my copy.
P.S. Hope to see Jack White in more movies as well as sound tracks. ...
