To Whom It May Concern: I am writing to warn those who would purchase products made by Coby. Their lack of concern for the customer is astounding. When I first looked into getting one of their DVD players I did my research. I looked at various websit...es and found only good comments. So, I purchased Coby’s multi-region DVD player and it worked perfectly for the first two weeks. Then, all of sudden it began skipping on one of my DVDs. I wrote them an email about this and asked if there was a way to fix this problem. I even stated that if they could not fix it I would want it replaced. They never wrote me back. I decided to let the matter drop since it did not skip on every one of my DVDS. Three months later my DVD player stopped working completely. Now, whenever I put a DVD in it will load for about twenty minutes and then say invalid disc. So, I wrote to them again several times demanding for a replacement. They never wrote me back. I even left a comment on their website. So, I decided that I will simple go to every website concerning Coby products and leave this comment. By doing so, I hope to prevent someone else from making the same mistake I did. On one last note, I will leave you with this final sentence.
