Circus Diablo started as a noagenda project band for former Cult member Billy Morrison (also of Camp Freddy) and current Cult member Billy Duffy, along with Ricky Warwick (formerly of the Almighty), Brett Scallions (formerly of Fuel), and, originally, drummer Jeremy Colson (formerly with Steve Vai's band).
