Pros: results, results results...
Cons: none..this is not a con!
I collect exercise videos and dvds..from tai-bo, to various yoga programs/
packages......belly dancing...various aerobic and weight training programs...pilates, etc.
For me...This is the only one that truely elongates and tonifies the body... really quickly.
AMAZING.
My son broke my DVD and I have been doing other programs...none of which truely transform. This program works!

Cindy's workouts are short and to the point for the person who doesn't have time. Gets you into shape and you feel good about it and yourself.

I love this first workout tape of Cindy's better than the second one. I love the short sessions, and there is a ten minute workout that you can do in the morning to get started. It is a killer on your legs and stomach, but it works. The settings and music are enjoyable. It's nice also because you can do workout 1 on say Monday/Wednesday and workout 2 on Tuesday/Thursday. I misplaced my tape and bought the second one (because I couldn't find the 1st in any store) and didn't like it near as well and now will purchase the first again through the internet. Yea!!!
