Synopsis: Children Underground (2001)
Synopis: This political documentary focuses on homeless children living in the subway tunnels of Bucharest, Romania. From 1965 to 1989 the government banned contraception, causing an influx of births to families who did not have means to care for their children and so abandoned them.
