Pros: Able to upload pictures to my Ceiva and my family and friend's Ceivas; clear picture; easy to use; great customer support!

Cons: would like to have more picture editing opportunities on their website

I've had a Ceiva for over 2 years; I have friends that have had it for over 3 years. It's great. With most digital picture frames, you can upload pictures only to your frame. Since Ceiva is Internet based, I can upload pictures to not only my... Ceiva, but I can send pictures easily to my family members and friends! For example, the day after Halloween, my parents were seeing pictures of their grandchildren trick-or-treating. Their website is easy to use- pictures are easy to upload and you can arrange them in any order; and even save them to bring back in the future! I busted my first Ceiva- it fell flat and broke. I bought an extended warranty and Ceiva repaired it at no cost to me. Their customer service is great. I've recommended it to all my friends! The reason I gave "Features" a 4 instead of a 5, is that there are not a lot of option for cropping and manipulating pictures. I can add a text and border, but that's about it. Read more Less
