It is a great movie for all ages. It tells of a car that thinks he is hot stuff but he is no better then the next car. He is only as good as his next race or until the next hot shot comes along that is better than him. By the end of the movie. It shows that coming in first place isn't everything. It is a great movie to let kids watch because of the lesson that learned at the end of the movie.

omg...such an excited animated movie...i've seen so much animated movie but it's very different with this movie...i luv the way Lightning McQueen become the champion, the way he tried to pass through all the glorifications...a great lesson that we can learn is winning is not everything...the ending is also very amazing, he has got many things which maybe he caould not get if he won the race...the soundtracks are also good...the magnificence of cars also be the reason that attract you to see that film...

Synopsis:
Lightning McQueen (voice of Owen Wilson), a hotshot rookie racecar driven to succeed, discovers that life is about the journey, not the finish line, when he finds himself unexpectedly detoured in the sleepy Route 66 town of Radiator Springs. Gosh! What an amazing animated film! Me and my husband were more excited than our 5-year old kid! In fact i saw it 3 times already. Kind of addicted to it...hahaha! Particularly the songs played -- really fit for the scenes. The animation is fantastic especially during the car racing, seems real huh?

Cars is the best animation movie of the year. I have yet to dislike anything Pixar has put out. Owen Wilson voices the loveable but stuck on himself Lightning McQueen. But Larry the Cable Guy steals the show as Mator the rusty redneck tow truck. Also has a rare treat with the voice of Paul Newman as Doc Hudson. Excellant soundtrack including the Rascal Flatts hit Life is a Highway. A must see for everyone.

I really enjoyed this movie way more than I thought I would. My friend's nieces like it so much that they have so much of the merchandise. I think this movie is great for kids and adults alike and it's very entertaining the whole way through, as well as funny.

I thought it was stupid from the trailers but i saw it and it was one of the best animated movies made. The plot is really good and the story line was great. The soundtrack is good as well. The fact that it has a lesson it is good as well because it teaches that winning isn't everything. The endind where he lost the race was good because even though he didn't win the race. He won more than what he would of won if he won the race. He won respect for himself in the end of the movie. It should be a classic someday. It is up there with Bambi and the Lion King.

This movie has to be the best I have seen in a while. HEY! coming from me the movie head that is pretty dang good. We sat down as a family not knowing what was getting ready to happen....we were getting ready to enter the "Mator" Zone. You know.....like Ta-mator...without the TA !!! lmao
This movie is still being played in this house. We are still laughing daily and have picked up a few choice phrases to use on a daily basis.
I hope you and your family take the time to laugh together. We did and we are glad that we did.
