    Pros: Good workout.

    Cons: Locked workouts

    I was expecting something similar to the first DVD with more intensity and difficulty, but this is totally different. It's nothing but a bunch of workouts that are NOT for beginners. I could not keep up or do half the moves in the warm-up! Workou...t scenes 6-8 are locked. Anytime I select one of them, it takes me to a previous scene. All in all, this DVD has been very disappointing. Read more Less

    Pros: None

    Cons: The title is deceiving. There is nothing innovative in these exercisese (same old stuff).

    This is the same type of aerobic workout I learned 15 years ago. There is nothing new. The only thing different is the packaging is attractive (nice DVD cover pictures). This is an okay workout for someone who is not looking to have fun during the wo...rkout. It does train your muscles to be stronger and burn calories. Read more Less
