Pros: Easy to learn, good workout
Cons: Not long enough!!
I think this is the BEST workout video I have ever tried. I just had a baby 3 months ago and I'm trying to get back to norm. I feel so self confident and sexy and I am actually working out. The only bad thing I can think of about this is my husband wants to watch all the time so I rarely finish the entire workout without him stepping in :)I definately want the entire series!!! ...
