Cons: better if you had read Capote's book "In Cold Blood"
The acting by Semour was Academy Winning and so unlike any of his other screen characters. The movie gives you an overall picture of the man and the artist. If you have read his book the movie flows better a friend of mine that had not read the book said it took longer to get the storyline but I found it overall good but not a movie to watch if you are depressed or have the blues ...

Pros: Informative on a man i never knew about, Actor couldnt have done a better job
Cons: Long and drawn out at the beginning.
This is a good movie. im a big fan of the main actor. he played a role that i thought i'd never see him play. almost didnt recognise him. recommended for anyone who doesnt know who capote was.
