About Cap'n Jazz
The Chicago indie-punk band Cap'n Jazz enjoyed significant acclaim during their brief lifespan, issuing a number of singles and compilation tracks before dissolving. Members later resurfaced in groups including Joan of Arc and the Promise Ring; a posthumous Cap'n Jazz collection, Analphabetapolothology, appeared in 1998.
