Pros: good prints quality before getting any issues

Cons: not fixable, discontinued, bad customer service

I had this printer for few months. But I got the horizontal white lines on prints. I went through all the cleaning few times. Didn t help( just used all the inks). Called Canon CS today. The rep info me that she can not help me unless we will go through the same testing again. I told her that I don t have ink cause I used it on the same tests she wants to do with me- she refused to help me. Thank God I got the printer from Costco. I m going to return it tomorrow.....And for sure not getting another Canon Printer.

Canon now charging for customer support

Pros: worked for over a year

Cons: Support now costs you $$

Canon is now charging for customer support for all products over one year old. You got to like companies that stand behind their products. I will get another band next time.

Pros: Better than Epsons 2200

Cons: It took little time setting up

I am a pro photographer(weddings; models). I got tired of running across town for prints. This is the answer to my prayers. The speed was great. It has 8 color inks. The borderless is great. Customers are happy.

Letter printing is extra fast.

You need to take a good hour to learn all of the tricks. But it is worth it. It does not take up to much space.
