   Pros: Pictures

   Cons: Price

   I'm far from a professional photographer, but I am the type that likes lots of buttons and configurable things to tweak. This camera provides a great balance between the two, providing great point-and-shoot modes, while also having pretty good specialized and manual shooting modes where you can change ISO settings, exposure times, and so forth.
   
   But cutting straight to the bottom line, this camera takes some great pictures. It may be pricy, but I believe it is definitely worth it. ...

   Pros: Overall quality and portability

   Cons: Does not use AA or other battery types

   I usually keep each of my digital cameras for 5 or so years and put a nice bit of research into the purchase of each one. As everyone is likely aware, this camera has received good reviews from most of the retailer reviewers.
   
   After receiving the camera, I charged the battery and was shooting with an our or two of opening the box. The camera is quite intuitive and feels natural in ones hand. Because it is so small it fits nicely into your pocket and can be carried most anywhere. Next, the photos produced are very vibrant and of the highest quality.
   
   I have a little 8 mo old daughter and this camera will be a fantastic tool for capturing those "I wish I had a camera" moments as she grows.
   
   In brief, the camera is seems to be of the highest quality, shoots great pics, feels nice and natural to use, and is simple to use. I would recommend it to everyone. ...
