EXCELLENT PRINT QUALITY
Pros: Outstanding lab quality photos, different size printing options, color accuracy, ease of use
Cons: not for glossy paper, and no usb cable
Having researched this product before I purchased it, I knew this printer was not made to be used with glossy paper. And that's exactly what I wanted. 95% of my customers dont like glossy photos, so I saw no need to have a printer that printed good glossy photos. Print quality is excellent on the pro9500. Directly out of the box, I printed a photo with accurate color with no changing of the settings. I absolutly love the print quality. I used to only believe that I could only get excellent quality prints at professional photo labs, but I have been proven otherwise. I was amazed that I could be getting prints of this high quality in home. I highly recommend using ilford gallerie smooth pearl paper with this printer. I still can't believe the quality of prints im getting. I recommend this printer to anyone serious about getting high quality prints.

Pros: Beautiful color gamut, neutral black and white
Cons: you cannot print large images with the fine art papers
This printer is bad, the print quality is good but it is absolutly annoying to use, the driver is horrible but worst of all, the printer can only make a print that is 11x16.6 in size with any of the fine art papers inluding the Matte, Photo Rag etc...worthless, at least Canon could have made it be able to do a 11x17!!!! The blacks were dissapointing also. I wanted to support Canon instead of Epson but now I have to get the Epson so I can make 11x17 inch prints and larger.
