    Daryl Halls Cant Stop Dreaming became my favorite album after the very first play -- I was fortunate to get one of the limited editions released through the fan club. Everything on it is wonderful--but Whats in Your World is the absolute best. Its an... emotional experience every time I hear it. With this one, Daryl reaches right inside your heart. Ive been a music lover for over 60 years and never have I experienced such heart-wrenching emotion from just listening to a song. There are a few pieces of classical music that evoke a somewhat similar sensation, but these are instrumental works; and though Im fond of many operatic arias, they have not affected me as Whats in Your World has. I have a very eclectic taste in music, and count Frank Sinatra, Tony Bennett, and Ella Fitzgerald among my favorite singers -- Daryl Hall is one of the few vocalists of the rock era that belong in their company.     Daryl's "Can't Stop Dreaming" was originally released in 1996 and available only by mail order and then as an import since 1999 but now, with the new release under the Liquid 8 label, Daryl has surprised the Smooth Jazz playlists ac...ross the country with the single "Cab Driver" which has a dynamite bass & sax intro and is making moves on the Adult Contemporary charts as well.The album has a somewhat lighter production than his "Soul Alone" release with clearer instrumentation and a more listenable production to complement Daryl's unsurpassable vocals. One song taken from this album and added to the Hall & Oates "Do It For Love" (which I also recommend - see my review) album is "Something About You" which is a definitive Hall ballad.Best tracks are "Can't Stop Dreaming", "Cab Driver", "Justify" and Daryl's simple but solid rendition of "She's Gone".
