THIS is the BEST Saves the Day record th
This is what Saves the Day used to be all about. This is the real Saves the Day, the "better" Saves the Day. This CD is why they used to call Saves the Day punk. The new CD is good, but this is were it's at. Much faster, broken down and rocking out, Can't Slow Down is by far the best Saves the Day record out. This is a true classic that I will cherish forever. I listen to this CD every day, and if you enjoy well written lyrics and raw musicmanship, than this is for you.

I recently read that most of this album is just Chris Connoly playing the instruments. Damn that lil' boy is TALENTED! buy this and along with it alk 3 and dashboard confessional cds.

rock on New Jersey- East Coast guys !!!- funny thing is that a year ago i had lived in the good old garden state for my whole life ( 17 years) and now that i moved to Ohio i hear about them - through being cool is sweet but id rather not be able to slow down
