Cons: rusted, not safe in dishwasher, not sharp
My boyfriend recently purchased the set of knifes and I thought the value was not great. He didn't wait and shop around. Little did we know down the road, we found the same product cheaper with a free cheese knife and cutting board. All in all, I'm glad we didn't get the extra bonus cutting board and knifes because they are not sharp and they rusted anyway. They might be good for crafting?? ...

Pros: Labeled, nice looking
Cons: NOT stainless steel--starting to rust!
My husband and I received this 20 piece set as a wedding gift last September. Since then, we've started to notice tiny rust spots on the blades. I would expect this from a cheap set of knives, but not a $300 set!! The instructions state not to put them in the dishwasher, but an expert chef recently told us that you should be able to put any knives in there and if they're good quality, there shouldn't be a problem. Sure enough, these are starting to go bad. If you're looking for a good set of knives, there are MUCH better ones out there. Don't expect that just because these are expensive that they're good quality. Go elsewhere! ...
