    This movie i wanted to see thought it could be like Friday but it was more like noday instead!!!!Nelson is good as is the surviving female but other than that this movie blows!!!This is an example of why some cable movies shouldn't be made!!!Lame... acting,garden of dead girls:WHATEVER THAT'S STUPID!!!Even more dumber ending it scared me because I couldn't see his face but otherwise laughable!!!Waiting For You an example of a good tv movie this one :an example of a movie that shouldn't have been made period!!!Goofy story,Nelson gets annoying and idiotic,and the sequel don't go there!!!     Containing great acting and actors, a story plot worthy of a cult following, and a unique twist on an old slasher theme, Cabin by the Lake is a definite must see for all people interested in the movie biz, peaceful relaxation, or gardens of dead girl...s. The music is also excellent. Perhaps a bit cliched, nonetheless this movie's rather unique way of having a writer get his inspiration for horror movies from his own less-than-urbane activities is enjoyable for all fans of cult fiction and no gore. Drowning, such a clean way to die!Recommended also: return to cabin by the lake. Read more Less
