Pros: looks nice, small size

Cons: everyting else

I highly don't recommend this product to anyone because i have already had 2 of these and they both quit working. i emailed tech support and i never heard back. this player is not worth buying.

Nothing works

Pros: its' small

Cons: boots songs off and doesn't copy new ones well

I had a small booklet that came with the player....the print was so small I could not read it. I'm sure it had information that I could use to help me work this thing. A cat mangled it. Any booklet with instructions? I don't know what else to do with this.
I loaded some decent songs on it, but now they vanished.

i just bought the mp3 a day ago. i was playing around with the mp3 and it just stopped working. i tried to refund it but they refused. i wait an hour on the phone to reach someone to tell me that its defective and return it to wherever i bought it.

Awsome Little Machine

Pros: Great Display, Battery life, Does everything.

Cons: A little complicated to operate at first.

Usually when I buy something like this I am generally disappointed. I go through a “oh crap, why did I buy this thing" faze, but, not this time. What a cool little bugger it is. It does everything Radio, mp3, wma, video, sound recording, etc, etc. Yes, it is a bit complicated, but considering what it does with only 5 basic buttons it's amazing. I don't know about support because I haven't needed it so who knows.
