Broke after first download

Cons: Unreliable

The USB connection within the MP3 player broke after the first attempt to download music to the device. I attempted to call for customer service and their 800 number was constantly busy. I returned the MP3 to the store and was given a replacement which did the exact same thing. I returned the second device for a refund.
