Pros: Carafe won't break. Wonderful coffee. Fast. Hot Hot coffee.
Cons: Carafe does dribble when pouring. Must be slow.
Love it and would buy it again and agan. Only wish it didn't dribble. If I don't stop and take my time it will, it doesn't if I just take my time. I made coffee about 11am one morning and when I poured it out at 3am to make a new pot to t...ake "Black Friday" shopping it was streaming hot still. It steamed when I poured it out. I didn't have to make a new pot. WOW. Impressed me. I highly recommend it. Read more Less

Bunn w/thermal carafe

Pros: GREAT tasting coffee
Cons: carafe leaks; cpffee coffee cools off
I love the way the coffee tastes.......however; the carafe leaks. I contacted the company and was told that I needed to 'clean' it. It was BRAND NEW. I tried to explain this to the customer service rep who just kept telling me to 'clean t...he pot'. Would NOT recommend this to anyone with arthritis.........it'
s too hard dto try to keep it from 'leaking'. The longer I have it, the worse the leak has become. Would recommend the Bunn with heating plate. NEVER had a problem with that model ! Read more Less
